We booked Mav Duo for our Civil Ceremony & Canapes and they were fantastic. Me and my husband took our time to decide on an acoustic instrument that would be right for our ceremony and in doing a lot of research, we found Mav Duo. Oscar & Alejandra are both so talented and play beautifully together. They also have a vast repertoire that could be tailored to the music we like and they were so easy to work with ahead of the wedding, with clear guidance on timings and song reccomendations. They also took on all songs we wanted them to learn and sounded incredible on the day! I highly recommend them both.

We booked Mav Duo for our wedding breakfast. They both played whilst everyone was eating and relaxing. They were truly amazing, they read the room and played up beat songs that our guests knew. Mav Duo played at our wedding in June at Ivy House Country Hotel and they were everything we could ever ask for. They made the day so special and played our song requests that we had pre-arranged with them before big day. The atmosphere for the ceremony and drinks reception was so beautiful and it would not have been the same without them! We absolutely loved working with MavDuo. As well as being fantastic musicians, Alejandra and Oscar are the most friendly people you’ll ever meet! They were a highlight to our wedding and played 3 sets of 45 minutes including a number of songs selected by us. We made a last minute change to one of our songs which they practiced and sent back to all within a week of our wedding which shows how amazing they are and how much they care about their clients. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mav Duo performed at our Disney-themed wedding a few weeks ago. Oscar and Alejandra are talented, professional, and very bubbly and fun! They have an incredible range and worked with us from Day 1 to create a flawless repertoire for our day. We really appreciate the dedication and hard work they put in for us - they practiced a lot and arrived early to rehearse before the wedding. Their music created the perfect ambience for our ceremony and reception - it was romantic and wholesome; then it was lively and upbeat! They performed beautifully throughout the day, and brought smiles, tears, and all the (right) emotions for everyone 😇 All our guests really loved the music, it certainly completed our Disney wedding 🏰

We got married in December 2018 and this guys made it even more especial with their music. Elegant, very professional, well played music. Lots of styles and great repertoire... we requested "It must be love" by Madness which they performed exquisitely. Definitely recommend 100%. We also had them at a Christmas concert for the nursery I work for... children and parents loved them! Beautiful!
